Eye see youโฆ ๐๏ธ These bloody eyeball cake pops are watching your every bite. Would you take a bite? ๐ป
Ingredients:
8 frosted soft sugar cookies, store-bought
1 bag Ghirardelli White Melting Wafers
Blue, green, black and red decorating gel
Red food coloring marker
Green plastic forks
Add the cookies to a tabletop mixer and mix until the mixture comes together. If itโs too dry, add 1 teaspoon of water at a time until a dough forms.
Roll the mixture into 1-ounce balls and freeze for 20 minutes, or until firm.
Meanwhile, melt the white coating wafers according to the package directions.
Once the cookie balls are chilled and firm, dip the tip of each green fork into the melted coating, then insert it into a cookie ball.
Chill until the coating around the fork has completely set.
Dip each eyeball completely into the melted white coating. Allow the excess to drip off, then let the coating set.
Once dry, decorate the eyeballs. I used green and blue decorating gel for the irises and black decorating gel for the pupils.
Use a red food coloring marker to draw thin blood vessels around each eyeball.
For an extra gruesome touch, add red decorating gel around the eyeballs for a fresh bloody effect. ๐ฉธ
