2 collard green leaves
2 ½ oz deli turkey, sliced
2 slices cooked bacon
2 slices tomato
½ cup romaine, sliced
1 slice pepperjack cheese, halved
Salt and pepper tt
1. Cook collard greens on medium heat in pan until softened and bright green.
2. Lay down slightly overlapping and fill with remaining ingredients then roll up into a burrito
