1 box herbed stovetop stuffing mix
1 cup milk
1 stick butter (4oz) melted
1 lb ground Turkey
1 egg
½ dried cranberries
1 tsp salt
⅓ tsp pepper
1 can jellied cranberry sauce
¾ cup water
1 orange for zesting
Parsley, minced
1. Add first 3 ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
2. Add Turkey, egg, cranberries and salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Form into 1oz balls (about the size of a golf ball).
4. Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
5. Bake 425° F for 15 minutes.
6. Meanwhile, bring jellied cranberry sauce with water up to a boil.
7. Pour over meatballs and stir to lightly coat.
8. Skewer and garnish with orange zest and parsley
9. Enjoy!
